EcoTarium Explorer 1.1.4

The EcoTarium invites visitors to participate in the testing of a new navigation application designed to enhance the outdoor exhibit experience, with a focus on accessibility for visually-impaired guests. This innovative app, developed in collaboration with students from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), aims to provide efficient guidance throughout the outdoor exhibits, including key attractions such as the River Otters, Explorer Express, and Wild Cat Station.

Currently, the app is limited to navigation within outdoor areas; however, future updates are anticipated that will expand routing preferences. The EcoTarium is actively seeking feedback from all users to improve this tool. Responses can be submitted via email to [email protected] or through links provided within the app itself.
